Runs small and narrow in the toe box
No complaints about the foot bed. The tongue and upper of the shoe is more padded than your typical minimalist shoe, which makes it more comfortable for longer wear.Minuses are that the toe box is also more like a regular shoe and has a tendency to compress my foot across the ball of the foot area. Also, my pair runs a little small so my toes hit the front if I don’t really get my heel as far back into the shoe as possible.
