Inov-8 Women’s Fastlift 335 Powerlifting Weight Lifting Training Shoes – Reviews
Pretty good shoe but has a few issues.
Update February 2020: I bought a second pair of these since I liked the first pair and the lifting strap ripped out of the shoe the first time I wore them so I returned them. I’m super bummed because now I’m worried the first pair I have will do the same thing and I wouldn’t be able to return them now. Thought this would be useful for new buyers to consider.I have been looking for a pair of lifters for a while and just didn’t want to pay the prices for the Nike Romaleos, and I didn’t like the Adidas or Reebok that I tried. I found these and decided to try them out.I read so many reviews and still couldn’t be sure of which size to order so I went ahead and ordered my normal size 8. They came quickly and were packaged nicely. When I opened the box and tried them on they were too small. The toe box and width were great but they were just too short to keep so I had to return them. I have attached photos and one shows a comparison of these shoes with a pair of Nike Metcon 4’s size 8.So I ordered an 8.5. The size 8.5 are too big. The toe box and width are still great but the shoe is too long. Thankfully it’s not so much that I can’t accept it and wear them for my Olympic lifts anyways.I have worn them for a few lifts and they definitely help my form which will certainly improve the strength of my lifts. I am working on ankle mobility and these definitely help me with my squat form as well. I feel the arch support is perfect and I like the heel height a lot.I’m not sure I like the thin shoes laces as they tend to irritate me around the ankle but that’s probably just a personal preference.Overall I think it’s a pretty good shoe but the next time I need a pair of lifters, I’ll most likely buy a different brand. And, I’d recommend sizing up if you buy a pair.

These shoes brought me tears of joy!!!
I had been researching for days and days trying to find the perfect shoes and these are it! My workouts consist of deadlifts (of all types), squats (of all types), lunges, burpees, pushups, box jumps etc. and these shoes let me do all of them with comfort all while making my squats/deadlifts etc. form AMAZING! The instant I put them on I could feel a difference in my squats! If you need a flexible shoe with heels to help with squats these are it!!! They are so worth the money! Inov8 PLEASE PLEASE DON’T EVER STOP MAKING THESE SHOES THEY ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!!As far as size goes, I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2 shoe but go up to a 9 in Asics for running shoes and the 9 fit perfect with the perfect amount of room for my toes!

Great for wider feet!
These shoes are great. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments at the gym on their cuteness, but since getting them, I’ve gone up a lot in my squatting. I’ve torn both of my achilles, so it’s great these are higher than most other weightlifting shoes which is great fory range of motion in the squatting position. Also, i have wider feet and these are wider in the toebox so my feet don’t pinch.

I love the juxtaposition of heavy barbells crashing down around hot-pink …
Oh my, these are so cute! I love the juxtaposition of heavy barbells crashing down around hot-pink shoes. The seem sturdy and well-made. For the price, they should last a very long time. I probably wouldn’t want to wear them all day long, but they are comfortable enough for working out in. They do make it easier to keep a more vertical torso during deep squat lifts. Overhead squats, for example, are noticeably easier than they are in Nanos.A couple of caveats:Mine ran a little small. I had to return the first pair and get a half-size larger. (Thank you, Amazon Prime, for the fast turn-around!)Also, the color is more intense than in the picture. (That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I thought you should know.)

I really like the way these shoe fit, but…
I really like the way these shoes fit, but I wore them twice and the tongue partially ripped at the seam right above the laces. Since I purchased them 2 weeks before my surgery in December the return deadline had passed even before I got a chance to wear them as I wasn’t cleared to lift weights until March. I will complain to Amazon about the quality. This is definitely my first and last pair of Inov-8’s. If you purchase these make sure you start using them right after you receive them. Not sure if my was just a one off or if this is typical as they are my first pair. For $160 they should be really durable. I would’ve given ZERO stars if possible.

Fits great, looks great.
I was confused about the size options since this is clearly a Women’s shoe but the size options available were 7M, 8M, 9M whereas the 7W, 8W and 9W options were not available. I went ahead and ordered the 9M and it was definitely a women’s size 9. It fits well, a tad bit snug which I like for the stability. The toe box is roomier than the rest of the shoe which is great for when my toes splay out a bit. Anyway, love these shoes. I feel rock solid when squatting.

Great shoes, but order a half size up
Make sure you order a half size up on these shoes. I have a pair of Innovate f-lite 185 in a size 10 that I love, so I figured I would order this 335 lifting shoe in the same size. Thanks goodness I read the online reviews that stated they ran small and ordered a 10.5. When I compared my new 335 lifting shoes with my other pair, they measured exactly the same. So a 10.5 in the 335 is the same as the f-lite 185 in a size 10.Initially the shoes felt a little stiff in the toe box, but after wearing them a number of times, they feel very comfortable. The material that the uppers are made of is very different than the f-lite 185, and I’ve noticed that my feet sweat more in these. The pink color is much brighter than it is in the photographs, it’s definitely a fluorescent pink so there’s nothing subtle about this shoe. But given the comfort and stability they offer, I would recommend them.

Nice shoe for wearing around the house or office; not suitable for agility work.
Pros: Great looking. Great fit – wide toe box as advertised. Very good for normal everyday wear in a house or office as your feet get to “do the work” they should.Cons: The shoe has been slippery since day 1. I would not recommend it in any agility or technical challenging fitness class. The shoe is more minimal than other minimal shoes I have worn, and you cannot run in it for long unless you are very comfortable with minimal running.Bottom line for me: Love inov-8 shoes; not a fan of this one though.

What is the actual heel height for this shoe. I see that it says 1.5 inches.. that seems pretty steep. Is that correct?
In the detailed description is says the toe-to-heel “drop” is 16.5 mm (about .65 inches). I think the drop is the more important metric.

Size availability only shows 8.5m, 9m, 9.5m, etc. as available. am i to assume those are men’s sizes? the item description says “women’s” so…??
They are womens. I wear an 8.5 ladies dress shoe, and 9.5 running shoe in pretty much every brand. Ordered a 9.5 in this shoe and it fit perfectly.
I wear a size 8 1/2; should I go up a size or wear my true size?
Go up. I’m normally a 6 1/2 so I ordered a 7 and it was perfect.
