New Balance Women’s FuelCell 100 V1 Cross Trainer – Reviews
Great overall!
Comfortable shoe for general wear and workouts. Good traction for working out and well ventilated. Performing as expected. I wouldn’t run in this shoe.

NOT NEW and definite quality control rejects….but cute and comfy?
These shoes are super cute (if new). However I received my sneakers in an envelope. A legitimate flexible envelope. Not in a New Balance shoe box or cardboard shipping box. They were not filled with new shoe paper stuffing or anything. When I opened the bag, it was clear they were used and returned. There was some stain or watermark on the top, the soles were slightly dingy had little pebbles in between the rubber. Not only were these definitely previously worn, but I feel that the seller is selling shoes that didn’t meet QC or quality standards and were rejected or irregular and thus couldn’t be sold by NB. The stitching is visibly off kilter on one of the shoes, and the loop to pull it on is not centered on said shoe. The different color parts of the sole are not consistent between the two shoes and just look shoddy. For a shoe that is full price what it costs on the New Balance website, it is unacceptable to get a used, defective pair of what are listed as “new” sneakers. Now for the good part. The fit and comfort seemed good when I tried them on. Very light shoes. A little snug for 8.5 (usually I’m an 8 and get 8.5 for room/thicker socks). I needed them for a fitness event and my previous shoes had literally fallen apart so it was not an option to return on short notice. However I would have returned based on what I got. I did get through the workout fine and they are comfy but I have limited confidence on how long they will last. If they’re not a knock off, they’re definitely a reject from the production line. Buy with caution unless you buy directly from manufacturer.

Light but Sturdy
I had been looking for a fairly light shoe to walk around in all day. With Plantar Fasciitis and knee replacement this past year, I didn’t want some heavy shoe to lug around. These are INCREDIBLY light! This shoe took a few days to get used to. The “tongue” is not separate, it is all one piece connected to the shoe. Additionally, the heel rubbed the back of my Achilles until I broke it in. I just had to wear higher footies until that happened and it was fine afterwards. I wear an 8.5 Wide shoe and it fits perfectly. I wish Wides came in more colors, but I am incredibly happy with these. After trying some other expensive brands, Asics, Adidas, etc, I’m going to be a returning customer!! …hopefully in other colors.

Love the color
It is so hard to find a quality walking shoe that is bright and cheery. This is bright and fun. The fit is good although they are a little tricky to get on at first. Use the pull loop in the heel area and slide in. The shoes are very comfortable, no break-in time, and gives me the support I need. They are finally a little pricey, but if they hold up they will take the pinch out of the price. I would recommend these.

perfect fit and perfect support right out of the box
I wear a 7.5 and normally have to replace the inserts of sneakers with an insole i purchase from a podiatrist. These shoes are perfect right out of the box. Toes have enough room to wiggle, my heals are supported and stays in place and my arches are comfortable. All around I give these shoes 4/5 stars. Just wish the laces weren’t stretchy.

Truly disappointed
New Balance has always been my go to sneaker, so I was truly disappointed when I tried this pair on and they were totally uncomfortable, parts rubbing my ankles.

Don’t size up
If you have the fuelcore shoes and are now buying these, don’t size up like you need to for the fuel core. These run true to your normal size.
