The amazing thing is how short the shoe is
The tongue is attached to the sides of the shoe, just back of the eyelets. This could prevent the tongues shifting to one side as the shoe is worn, but it means loosening the laces a lot to get the shoe on.The amazing thing is how short the shoe is. Others have commented on this. I found that it is significantly shorter than an older model I currently wear; and I will need to buy a full size larger than normal. I’m returning the pair I bought, so I can’t comment now about wearability. But I am left wondering what possesses a manufacturer to change a successful style, to alter a standard fit. It simply confuses or frustrates a good customer.

just as expected
The black is awesome! this is my 5th pair of these shoes – Love them.. love the thin soles and the grippy material, great for hikes and working out. I have a little bit of a wider foot and these fit great.

Seller apparently lacks quality assurance skills.
Great shoe… I actually owned a pair previously, which is why I ordered a new one. I ended up returning them, however, because I ordered Size 8.5; the box indicated correct size, but the damn shoes inside box were Size 8. Truly a disappointment.

These are my favorite of the minimus
These are my favorite of the minimus. They fit more snug and I love the low cut ankle. Definitely buy a 0.5 size bigger and wide with if you have wide feet. They come a bit more narrow. Extremely satisfied.
